A THIRD of primary school kids admitted theft, arson, carrying a weapon, boozing, smoking or other “problem” behaviour in a shocking poll published yesterday.

Ina’s comment:
just another reason to put me off sending my precious daughter to public school. Who is raising these kids??? They raise each other in groups of 30 controlled by one over-worked adult, the teacher. Where is mutual respect and love for each other, respect for another’s life and belongings. How sad that young, innocent kids, yes KIDS, feel the need to act, err, macho, or for whatever reason they act like they do. Maybe it’s the influence of home life too, maybe they don’t feel loved by their parents who stick them in nurseries, pre-schools, with child-minders etc to go to work. Maybe its too many mixed messages and too many strangers involved in their lives. Kids turn into bullies to feel important and as a quick fix to make them feel empowered, when really they probably feel a little lost and unloved.
