Forest School Project, Somerset, Central Somerset Outdoor Learning Partnership

Central Somerset Outdoor Learning Partnership, are a constituted, community run group, seeking to increase opportunities for all children to enjoy outdoor play and learning in Central Somerset. On offer are

* Woodland Playschemes & after school clubs for children of all ages

* Forest School sessions for schools and home education groups

* Family sessions for parents with young children

* Other outdoor learning events for children such as; woodland theatre, survival skills (including edible and medicinal plants), green woodworking, bow making, evening sessions and art and music workshops.

The group is open to anyone who supports improved access to high quality outdoor learning for children in Central Somerset. They aim to link independent practitioners with communities and provide mutual support. They work closely with parents who are an important part of the support network. Meetings are informal and take place in the woods where the group operates.
