At Marwell Zoological Park there are over 250 animal species, from tiny ants to the tallest giraffe, set in 100 acres of beautiful Hampshire parkland. Discover something different, learn something amazing and help us make tomorrow's world rich in animal life.
The park opens daily from 10am, except Christmas day. During the winter season, October-March it closes at 4pm and during the summer season, April-October, 6pm. Last entry is 1 ½ hours before close, allow at least 4-5 hours to get round.
I have only been here once so far with my daughter for her first birthday in 2006. We had an amazing day and my daughter was actually worn out for once :-) I don’t know who was the bigger kid that day, me or her. We loved every second. We are planning another visit sometime this year….
