The Kids Culinary Academy is located in the Green Mountains of Vermont and runs year round culinary classes for children with an interest in culinary arts - the future chefs of the world. Sessions are 1 or 2 weeks and take place in a beautiful camp appointed with the latest in culinary technologies.
2008 sees an addition to the one of a kind culinary instruction aquaponics, which is the integrated growing of tilapia fish and micro-greens and culinary herbs in a greenhouse; organic square foot and container gardening; shitake mushroom growing; beekeeping; composting and olive oil herbing. The farm has been designed to table experience for campers between the ages of 10 and 17 the 1 and 2 week camp sessions begin June 1 and end August 30.
